CRIPPLE CREEK CHILI COOK-OFF
June 20-22, 2008
If you like it hot, you'll love the Cripple Creek Chili Cook-Off. This fiery competition pits many of the country’s top chili connoisseurs against each other in a battle for green chili, red chili and salsa supremacy.
Who will be declared the winner of the hottest Colorado chili cook off ever? You’ll have to be here to find out.
Admission is FREE to this exciting Cripple Creek event, and all are welcome to come up and enjoy the celebration while sampling our town’s unique mountain charm, and, of course, the chili! You’ll find a degree to satisfy every taste, from mild to wild to fire and brimstone at this top Colorado chili competition.
Street vendors, live entertainment and a host of other family activities, including a petting zoo, wood carving competitions and a quad bungee jumping machine, promise to make this year’s competition the spiciest Cripple Creek Chili Cook-Off yet. It’s the Colorado chili competition to end all competitions. And it’s just one of many exciting Cripple Creek events taking place this summer in the heart of history. Don’t miss it!
